In early August, the market perked up for a split second after interest rates dropped and the stock market recovered dramatically. However, in early September interest rates increased again and stock markets declined once more – continued short term volatility that makes predicting movements and the effects on the real estate market difficult.
Summer may officially end in about 2 weeks, but the effects may last a bit longer.
