Remember: real estate is hyper localized, even within markets and neighborhoods! While things have cooled a bit, demand for “good homes” that are well prepared and nicely presented are still very high. If you work with a savvy agent who understands negotiating and the nuances of a hyper localized market, your home should sell quickly.
