Well, looks like we’ve got another month of SIP to look forward to... In light of this disappointing news, I thought I'd take this opportunity to recommend my new favorite column from The Atlantic called How to Build a Life, focused on the study and achievement of happiness – a topic that we all could use some schooling on right now. ❤️
Here are two things I’ve learned that are making life a bit happier. I hope you find value in them, too!
Don’t focus on what you have or don’t have. Right now, we can’t control what we have access to anyway. Instead, make an inventory of what you want, and find achievable ways to eliminate those desires.

Anxiety
Acknowledge that you do not know what is going to happen. No one else knows either! Resolve that while you don’t know what will happen next week or next month, you do know that you are alive and well right now, and refuse to waste the gift of this day!
